Sgc8c Aptamer is a single-stranded DNA aptamer targeting protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7) with K_d of 1.03-11.73 nM for human, mice, rat and monkey. Sgc8c Aptamer can be used to synthesize aptamer-drug conjugates and can be used for cancer research.
