CD63-1 aptamer sodium
CD63-1 aptamer sodium is a high-affinity and specific DNA aptamer targeting the CD63 protein (Kd = 38.71 nM). CD63-1 aptamer sodium effectively binds to CD63-positive cells and serves as an exosome isolation reagent. CD63-1 aptamer sodium is applicable to breast cancer-related research.

Biological Activity
Kd: 38.71 nM (CD63)[1]
CD63-1 aptamer (0-500 nM; 1 h) specifically binds to CD63-positive MDA-MB-231 and HEK293T/CD63 cells with equilibrium dissociation constants (Kd) of 96.92 nM and 113.20 nM, respectively, and does not bind significantly to CD63-negative HEK293T cells[1].
CD63-1 aptamer (200 nM; 30 min) specifically binds to the surface of CD63-positive MDA-MB-231 and HEK293T/CD63 cells, with no detectable binding to CD63-negative HEK293T cells, as visualized by confocal microscopy[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
