Poly-L-lysine solution (0.01%, sterile-filtered, MW 150000-300000) binds to the hydroxyl groups on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles through its amino groups, forms a stable coating layer, prevents the agglomeration and sedimentation of magnetic nanoparticles. Poly-L-lysine solution (0.01%, sterile-filtered, MW 150000-300000) modifies magnetic nanoparticles, improves biocompatibility, and can be used as an antibody coupling platform[2].
Poly-L-lysine solution (0.01%, sterile-filtered, MW 150000-300000) acts as a cationic polymer, forms a polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) with anionic methacrylated gellan gum (GG-MA), thereby forming a semipermeable membrane around the GG-MA hydrogel. Poly-L-lysine solution (0.01%, sterile-filtered, MW 150000-300000) regulate the permeability of GG-MA/PLL PEC beads, allowing the free diffusion of small molecules while preventing the entry of large molecules, thereby achieving the immune isolation of cells[3].
