Background

In Vitro
CRBN-DDB1 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, sf9, Avi) exhibits similar apparent binding affinities for Lenalidomide (HY-A0003) and Pomalidomide (HY-10984) in fluorescent thermal melt assays, consistent with the findings in myeloma cell lysates[1].
