YL064 is a multi-target STAT3-c-MYC inhibitor that directly binds to ATXN3 and inhibits its deubiquitinating activity, thereby promoting the ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of oncogenic substrates of ATXN3. YL064 inhibits the phosphorylation of STAT3-Tyr705 without altering the total protein level of STAT3; meanwhile, it directly binds to the SH2 domain of STAT3 to block the dimerization, nuclear translocation, and DNA-binding activity of STAT3. YL064 directly targets the C-terminal HLH-Zip domain of c-Myc, upregulates the phosphorylation of c-Myc at the Thr58 site, and induces the ubiquitination and proteasome-dependent degradation of c-Myc. YL064 suppresses tumor cell proliferation, induces G2/M cell cycle arrest, reduces cell migration and invasion capacities, and triggers cancer cell apoptosis. YL064 can be used in related research on breast cancer, prostate cancer, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and multiple myeloma .

Chinese herbal therapy is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It has been used for centuries in China, where herbs are considered fundamental therapy for many acute and chronic conditions. Many studies indicated TCM exerted an overall regulatory effect via multi-component and multi-target network. Active components from Traditional Chinese Medicine possess many medicinal properties such as antioxidant, anti-cancer, and anti-bacterial effects, which makes it an important source of new drugs. Nearly 200 modern medicines have been developed either directly or indirectly from the plants used as medicines in China. For example, artemisinin, used in multidrug resistant malaria, was first isolated from the Chinese herb Artemisia annua L. Today, scientists continue to identify compounds in Chinese herbal remedies that may be useful in the development of new therapeutic agents applicable in Western medicine.

MCE designs a unique collection of 3,276 active compounds of Chinese Herbal Medicines. MCE Traditional Chinese Medicine Active Compound Library is a useful tool for discovery new drugs from TCM.

Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) is a high-affinity, multi-target antibody that binds specifically to LY6E. Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) binds specifically to cell-surface LY6E and enters lysosomes via lipid raft-dependent endocytosis, thereby effectively inhibiting the growth of various LY6E-expressing solid tumors (such as breast cancer and lung cancer) in both in vitro and in vivo models. Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) exerts a dual mechanism of action: on one hand, it blocks the interaction between PILRα and CD8α, specifically reduces the survival rate of peripheral CD8 + T cells and induces their activation, breaking the state of cellular quiescence; on the other hand, it recognizes and immunoprecipitates IDE under both non-denaturing and denaturing conditions, which is applicable to studies on the subcellular localization and protein interactions of IDE. The regulatory effect of Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) on CD8 + T cells strictly depends on the presence of PILRα, and it does not affect CD4 + T cells or T cell development in the thymus, exhibiting high specificity .
