17 Results for "Phenol Red sodium salt" in MCE Product Catalog:
MCE 0.25% Trypsin-EDTA (1×), Phenol Red-Free, is prepared by dissolving trypsin powder (a mixture of proteases from porcine pancreas, irradiated and sterilized) and EDTA in a calcium- and magnesium-free balanced salt solution. It is filter-sterilized and can be directly used for the dissociation of cultured cells and tissues. The 100 mL is defined as the base specification. All larger sizes correspond to incremental volumes of this base.
MCE 0.25% Trypsin-EDTA (1x), phenol red consists of dried trypsin powder dissolved in EDTA. MCE Trypsin hydrolyzes intercellular proteins and disperses primary tissues or adherent cells into individual cells, and can be widely used for cell dissociation, cell culture passaging and primary tissue dissociation. The 100 mL is defined as the base specification. All larger sizes correspond to incremental volumes of this base.
MCE Growth Factor Reduced Basement Membrane Matrix (Phenol Red-Free) is primarily composed of natural basement membrane matrix extracted from mouse tumors and contains abundant extracellular matrix components and a variety of naturally occurring growth factors. This product is primarily designed for 3D organoid culture and other research applications requiring high-quality basement membrane matrix. The phenol red-free formulation avoids potential interference with experiments requiring subsequent colorimetric or color-based analysis.
MCE High-Concentration Basement Membrane Matrix (Phenol Red-Free) is primarily composed of natural basement membrane matrix extracted from mouse tumors. It is rich in extracellular matrix components and various naturally occurring growth factors, and is mainly used for the establishment of animal models and 3D tumor models.
MCE Basement Membrane Matrix HC (High Concentration, Phenol Red) is primarily composed of natural basement membrane matrix extracted from mouse tumorsand contains abundant extracellular matrix components and a variety of naturally occurring growth factors. This product is mainly used for angiogenesis experiments, construction of animal models and 3D tumor models.
MCE MEM Reduced Serum Medium for Transfection (Phenol Red) is a chemically defined essential medium developed based on classical MEM formulation. Enables at least a 50% reduction in fetal bovine serum (FBS) usage while maintaining normal cell growth rates and cellular morphology, and is suitable for the culture of a wide variety of suspension and adherent mammalian cells.
MCE Growth Factor Reduced Basement Membrane Matrix (with Phenol Red) is primarily composed of natural basement membrane matrix extracted from mouse tumors and contains abundant extracellular matrix components and a variety of naturally occurring growth factors. This product is primarily designed for 3D organoid culture and other research applications requiring high-quality basement membrane matrix.
