TopoII/Tubulin-IN-2 promotes cell Apoptosis. TopoII/Tubulin-IN-2 can be used for the research of breast adenocarcinoma and liver cancer.

TopoII/Tubulin-IN-2 (Compound 20) potently inhibits the proliferation of MCF7 cells with an IC50 of 2.4 μM, moderately inhibits HepG2 cells with an IC50 of 6.1 μM, and inhibits HCT116 cells with an IC50 of 34.4 μM. It also exhibits selectivity toward normal BJ1 cells[1].
TopoII/Tubulin-IN-2 inhibits tubulin polymerization in MCF7 cells by 74.7%[1].
TopoII/Tubulin-IN-2 moderately inhibits the activity of topoisomerase II in MCF7 cells, with an inhibition rate of 70.3%[1].
TopoII/Tubulin-IN-2 (2.4 μM) induces G2/M phase arrest in MCF7 cells, with 43.3% of cells arrested at the G2/M phase[1].
TopoII/Tubulin-IN-2 (2.4 μM; 48 h) induces significant apoptosis in MCF7 cells, with total apoptotic cells accounting for 38.41% and extremely low necrosis[1].
