(23S,24R)-Dimethylcholest-7-ene-3β,5α,6β-triol (compound 3) (72 h) exhibits weak cytotoxicity against HepG2 (IC50 >449 μM) and SGC7901 (IC50 111.8 μM) cell lines and no activity against NCI-H460 cell line[1].
