Albumin bound-paclitaxel solution is a nanoparticle that is formed by combining Paclitaxel (HY-B0015) with human serum albumin, and it is used in research for various solid tumors such as breast cancer, lung cancer, and pancreatic cancer. Paclitaxel is a naturally occurring antineoplastic agent and stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause both mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy.
