Alkyne-GRWHPM-CONH-NH-CMK (0-50 μM; 0.5 h) potently and selectively labels PDIA1, PDIA3, and PDIA6 in Raw 264.7 cell lysates, with no detectable engagement of endogenous Cat S[1].
