In Vitro

Altissimacoumarin F (10 μM; 10 min) enhances in vitro SIRT1 deacetylation activity[1].
Altissimacoumarin F (5-20 μM; 12 h post-transfection treatment) dose-dependently decreases p53 transcriptional activity in SIRT1-expressing HEK293 cells[1].
Altissimacoumarin F (20 μM; 12 h) increases the intracellular NAD-to-NADH ratio in HEK293 cells[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
