Altissimacoumarin F
Altissimacoumarin F (Compound 4) is a terpenylated coumarin. Altissimacoumarin F can be isolated from the stem bark of Ailanthus altissima. Altissimacoumarin F enhances SIRT1 activity, decreases p53 transcriptional activity. Altissimacoumarin F can be used for the research of age-related disorders.

Biological Activity
|
SIRT1 |
Altissimacoumarin F (10 μM; 10 min) enhances in vitro SIRT1 deacetylation activity[1].
Altissimacoumarin F (5-20 μM; 12 h post-transfection treatment) dose-dependently decreases p53 transcriptional activity in SIRT1-expressing HEK293 cells[1].
Altissimacoumarin F (20 μM; 12 h) increases the intracellular NAD-to-NADH ratio in HEK293 cells[1].
