Amoorastatin
Amoorastatin is a limonoid tetranortriterpene that is isolated from the seeds of Aphanamixis grandifolia. Amoorastatin exhibits antitumor activity and exerts its inhibitory effects through alkylation of amine and thiol sites on biopolymers via its 14,15β-epoxide. Amoorastatin can be used for research on lymphocytic leukemia.
