Animal Model:NSG mice with a B non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHLs) xenograft model[2]

Dosage:100 μg for week 1, 200 μg for week 2-4

Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice weekly, for 4 weeks

Result:Accelerated tumor growth (median survival shortened from 43 days to 20 days) in untreated group.

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Jurkat cells with Anti-CD8α Antibody (OKT-8) (HY-P990855, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG2a kappa (HY-P99978, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black). -
Immobilized CD8 alpha Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P71662) can bind Anti-CD8α Antibody (OKT-8). The EC50 for this effect is 13.50 ng/mL.
