Anti-Mouse B220 Antibody (RA3.3A1/6.1) (400 μg, i.p., at days 3, 10 and 18) depletes B220+ cells and almost completely abrogates lung metastases in 4T1 tumor mice[1].
Anti-Mouse B220 Antibody (RA3.3A1/6.1) (300 μg, i.p., three weeks before tumor inoculation and every 5 days thereafter) depletes B cells and accelerates tumor development and delays or prevents tumor rejection in B16 tumor mice[2].
