Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1)
Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) is a rat-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse RGMb. Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) blocks RGMb binding to PD-L2. Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) can be used for the researches of cancer inflammation and immunology, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and graft versus-host disease (GVHD).

In Vitro
The antibody framework is stable, specific and adaptable, and has the ability to bind both antigens and endogenous immune receptors. Monoclonal antibodies have several derivatives, including bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and antibody fragments, and have significant effects in fields such as immunology and oncology. When designing inhibitory antibodies, considerations include identification of antigen-specific variable regions, choice of expression system, use of multispecific formats, and antibody derivatives based on fragmentation, oligomerization, or conjugation with other functional moieties[1].

In Vivo
Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) (450 μg before induction and 200 μg at 2 days after induction, i.p.) inhibits the development of respiratory tolerance and increases T cell proliferation and IL-4 production in ovalbumin-induced respiratory tolerance mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) (200 μg, i.p., every 3 days for 6 times) modestly delays the onset of leukemia and mildly improves survival companied with anti-PD1 and anti-TIM3 in acute myeloid leukemia mice models[3].
Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) (20 mg/kg, i.p., at days -1, 3 and 7) inhibits graft versus-host disease with improved survival in NSG mice[4].
Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) (200 μg/mouse, i.p., at days -1, 3 and 7) protects mice against weight loss and death in Dextran sulfate sodium salt (DSS) (HY-116282C)-induced colitis mice models[4].
