Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hours at room temperature.     CD279 (PD-1, PDCD1) is a classic immune checkpoint receptor primarily expressed on activated T cells, exhausted T cells, Tregs, and a subset of NK cells. By binding to PD-L1/PD-L2 and inhibiting TCR signaling, it suppresses T-cell proliferation and cytotoxic function; it serves as a key target in research concerning tumor immune escape, T-cell exhaustion, and immunotherapy.
