[Asu1,6-Arg8]Vasopressin (100 nM; 0-240 min) causes a 2-fold increase in the stimulatory effect of CRF on ACTH release and cyclic AMP accumulation in rat anterior pituitary cells in culture. [Asu1,6-Arg8]Vasopressin alone has no effect at any time interval on cyclic AMP accumulation in adenohypophysial cells[1].
