Definition:
AT3B-1 is a rat cancer cell line derived from Prostate and associated with Adenocarcinoma of the rat prostate. AT3B-1 is a resistant derivative of R-3327-AT-3 selected against Adriamycin. AT3B-1 is used as an in vitro model of Adenocarcinoma of the rat prostate to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
