Definition:
ATN-1 is a human T-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Adult T acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. ATN-1 is used as an in vitro model of Adult T acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia to investigate receptor signaling and trafficking and viral infection.
