Definition:

C6-BU-1 is a rat cancer cell line derived from Brain and associated with Rat malignant glioma. C6-BU-1 is a resistant derivative of C6 selected against BUdR. C6-BU-1 is used as an in vitro model of Rat malignant glioma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
