CAL-12T is a human cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Lung non-small cell carcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. CAL-12T is used as an in vitro model of Lung non-small cell carcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
