Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. CEM-c113 is used as an in vitro model of Childhood T acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
