Colon 26 is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Colon and associated with Mouse colon adenocarcinoma. Colon 26 is immortalized or transformed by N-methyl-N-nitrosourea (NMU). Colon 26 is used as an in vitro model of Mouse colon adenocarcinoma to investigate ERK signaling, cell migration, and cell invasion.
