P12-Ichikawa is a human T-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Childhood T acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. P12-Ichikawa is used as an in vitro model of Childhood T acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
