P31-FUJ is a human cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Childhood acute myeloid leukemia and Acute myeloid leukemia. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. P31-FUJ is used as an in vitro model of Childhood acute myeloid leukemia and Acute myeloid leukemia to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
