Definition:

P3HR-1 is a human B-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Ascites and associated with EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma. P3HR-1 is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). P3HR-1 is used as an in vitro model of EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
