SMILES: [Nogapendekin alfa (his tag)]

Biological Activity: Nogapendekin alfa his tag (IL-15N72D) is a blood-brain barrier-permeable IL-2Rβ (CD122) binding enhancer and antitumor agent. Nogapendekin alfa his tag promotes the proliferation and activation of NK cells and CD8+ T cells, enhances cytotoxicity through the expression of granzyme B and perforin, reduces tumor burden, and boosts the activity of bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG). Nogapendekin alfa his tag promotes the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines including IL-6, IFN-γ, MCP-1, TNF-α, IL-1α, IL-1β and RANTES, and also stimulates the infiltration of immune cells into lymphoid organs and the tumor microenvironment. Nogapendekin alfa his tag reduces tumor angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation, and enhances antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity of anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibodies as well as bifunctional fusion proteins targeting PD-L1 and TGF-βR2. Nogapendekin alfa his tag is suitable for research on non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer[1].
