Biological Activity: IL-4-IN-2 (Compound 14/analog 14) is a selective IL-4 inhibitor. IL-4-IN-2 binds to soluble IL-4 and inhibits IL-4-mediated signal transduction. IL-4-IN-2 suppresses STAT-6 phosphorylation induced by IL-13 and IL-4 in monocytes and B lymphocytes. IL-4-IN-2 is applicable to the research of allergic inflammation, cancer, autoimmune diseases, asthma and arthritis[1].
