Creatine Kinase MB (rCK-MB), Recombinant Human (CK-MB) is a cytoplasmic creatine kinase isoenzyme composed of M and B subunits, belonging to the phosphotransferase family. Creatine Kinase MB (rCK-MB), Recombinant Human catalyzes the transfer of phosphate groups between creatine and phosphocreatine, and consumes phosphocreatine immobilized on the surface of the biosensor, resulting in a decrease in the electrochemical peak current that is proportional to its concentration. Creatine Kinase MB (rCK-MB), Recombinant Human can be used in studies of acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease with atherosclerotic plaques, autoimmune myocarditis, and malignant tumors.

Creatine Kinase MB (rCK-MB), Recombinant Human (CK-MB) causes a concentration-dependent decrease in the Pcrea peak current, with a limit of detection of 0.11 mg/mL and a polynomial response range of 0.48 to 28.8 mg/mL[1].
Creatine Kinase MB (rCK-MB), Recombinant Human (0.19-28.8 mg/mL; 10 min) interacts with immobilized phosphocreatine on the Pcrea/Cys/Au-SPE biosensor, producing a hyperbolic saturation behavior that conforms to the Michaelis-Menten equation, and exhibits a higher apparent affinity for immobilized Pcrea than for immobilized creatine[1].
