CXCR4-antagonist-12 (Compound 75) potently inhibits CXCR4-mediated signaling in vitro with a cAMP IC₅₀ of 37.8 nM, shows no CYP450 2D6 inhibition, high human liver microsomal stability, and favorable hERG binding and functional activity with no calculated index^[1].
