D-galactosyl-β1-3-N-acetyl-D-hexosamine phosphorylase (BiGalHexNAcP)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
D-galactosyl-β1-3-N-acetyl-D-hexosamine phosphorylase (BiGalHexNAcP) is a member of CAZy glycoside hydrolase GH112 family, is often used in biochemical studies. D-galactosyl-β1-3-N-acetyl-D-hexosamine phosphorylase (BiGalHexNAcP) catalyses the phosphorolysis of lacto-n-biose and galacto-n-biose, to produce Gal-1-P and the corresponding N-acetyl-D-hexosamine.

Product Information This product is recombinantly expressed in E. coli, with N-terminal His Tag, molecular weight of 140 kDa, and storage buffer components of 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 200 mM NaCl, 10% glycerol. Instructions 1. Add substrate according to the reaction system, add appropriate buffer salts such as Tris-HCl, adjust the pH to 7.5, and add appropriate amount of BiGalHexNAc (according to reaction requirements); 2. After mixing, incubate the sample at 37 °C for 2-4 h. Notes When the system is scaled up, the incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation, and can be mixed by low-speed oscillation.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
