Biological Activity
Disialyllacto-N-tetraose (0-900 μM, 24 h) improves LPS (HY-D1056)-inhibited cell viability of Caco-2, promotes the expression of zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1), thereby maintaining the integrity of tight junctions, and protecting the neonatal intestinal barrier[2].
Disialyllacto-N-tetraose (300-900 μM, 20 h) regulates the activation and degranulation of mast cells, inhibits the release of histamine, chymase and tryptase from mast cells, thereby reducing the inflammatory response[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
