In Vivo

In an in vivo anti-uterotrophic assay, a dose-response curve set by measuring the reduction of uterus weight of immature female rats when compared to the control group.
Anti-uterotrophic assay of ER-antagonist (compound 4) (s.c.; 1, 3, 10, 20, 30 mg/Kg/day; 3 days) exhibits an excelled anti-uterotrophic potential than TMX (EC50: 7.625 μM), the EC50 value of ER-antagonist 8 is 4.160 μM[1].
