Febantel (500 mg/kg, orally, single dose) is excreted in mice infected with T. muris, preventing the eggs from developing into larvae[1].
Febantel (0.5-2.5 mg/kg, orally, single dose) effectively stops the hatching and development of parasitic eggs in sheep infected with Haemonchus contortus[1].
