PD-1/PD-L1-IN-65
PD-1/PD-L1-IN-65 is a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor, with an EC50 of 6.06 μM for blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction and a Kd of 1.43 μM for PD-L1. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-65 upregulates pro-inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ, IL-1α, IL-1β and the cytolytic protein perforin, and reverses T cell exhaustion. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-65 enhances T cell-mediated cancer cell lysis. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-65 can be used in the research of breast cancer.

PD-1/PD-L1-IN-65 (10 μM) reverses PD-L1-mediated immunosuppression in the MDA-MB-231/activated PBMC co-culture system by upregulating IFN-γ, IL-1α, IL-1β, and perforin[1].
