Poly-L-lysine hydrobromide (MW 70000-150000)
Based on 1 publication(s) in Google Scholar
Poly-L-lysine (hydrobromide) (MW 70000-150000), a positively charged amino acid polymer, is a nonspecific attachment factor for cells. Poly-L-lysine (hydrobromide) (MW 70000-150000) has good biocompatibility. Poly-L-lysine (hydrobromide) (MW 70000-150000) is used to increase cell adhesion to solid substrates by enhancing electrostatic interaction between negatively charged ions of the cell membrane and the culture surface.

Description
In Vitro
Poly-L-lysine (hydrobromide) (MW 70000-150000) can be used as a ligand for copper ions, forms complexes that catalyzes the oxidation of DOPA and participate in melanogenesis, or mimics the catalase and catalyzes the decomposition of H2O2[2].
Poly-L-lysine (hydrobromide) (MW 70000-150000) can be used for establishment of multilayer structures on polypropylene (PP) films with carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) through electrostatic interaction. Poly-L-lysine (hydrobromide) (MW 70000-150000) is positively charged and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) is negatively charged. This charge complementarity allows them to be deposited alternately to form a stable layer-by-layer structure. The Poly-L-lysine hydrobromide/CMC multilayer structure changes the optical, electrical, hydrophilic, and mechanical properties of polypropylene films[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
