In Vitro

Poly-L-ornithine hydrobromide (MW 30000-70000) (overnight) can be used as the first layer matrix for cell culture plates and the dual coating method of polylysine - laminin, for culturing primary mouse midbrain dopamine neurons[1].
Poly-L-ornithine hydrobromide (MW 30000-70000) (0.1 mg/mL) provides a stable and reliable adhesion surface for the differentiation study of neural stem cells[2].
