CORS26 Protein, Mouse (Myc, His)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
CORS26 Protein is a secreted protein of the C1q/ TNF-associated protein (CTRPs) family. CORS26 Protein involved in the LAMP1-STAT3, SIRT1/NF-魏B/p53, NF-魏B and TGF-尾1/Smad3 pathways play anti-inflammatory effects. CORS26 Protein also inhibited the expression of antimicrobial peptide (CAMP) in adipocytes induced by toll-like receptors (TLR). CORS26 Protein, Mouse (Myc, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CORS26 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, C-Myc labeled tag.

Background
C1q/ TNF-associated proteins (CTRPs) are a family of secreted proteins with a specific structure. Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3 shows anti-inflammatory action in psoriasis via the LAMP1-STAT3 axis. C1qtnf3 improves protein-induced severe acute pancreatitis in mice via the SIRT1/NF-κB/p53 axis. C1qtnf3 regulates NF-κB and TGF-β1/Smad3 pathways to reduce airway inflammation and remodeling in ovalbumin (OVA) -induced asthmatic mice. C1qtnf3 inhibited the expression of antimicrobial peptide (CAMP) in adipocytes induced by Toll-like receptors (TLR)[1][2][3][4].

Please refer to the lot-specific COA for specific buffer information.
Note: For SPR assay, please replace the buffer. Primary amine components (e.g., Tris, imidazole) can affect protein-coupled chips.
<1 EU/μg, determined by LAL method.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O.
