Epigen Protein, Human (E. coli) is the recombinant human-derived Epigen, expressed by E. coli , with tag Free labeled tag.
Epigen is a product that promotes the growth of epithelial cells, potentially by stimulating the phosphorylation of EGFR and mitogen-activated protein kinases.
Measured in a cell proliferation assay using Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 116.1 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 8.61×103 units/mg.
