TSLP Receptor Protein, Human (HEK293, His)

Customer Review

Based on 1 Customer Validation

TSLP Receptor Protein, a receptor for TSLP, forms a functional complex with IL7R, activating STAT3 and STAT5 for cell proliferation. It also activates JAK2, aiding in hematopoietic system development. TSLP Receptor forms a heterodimer with CRLF2 and IL7R, highlighting its role in intricate signaling pathways crucial for cellular responses and hematopoietic development. TSLP Receptor Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TSLP Receptor protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Description

Background

The TSLP Receptor Protein serves as the receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and, in conjunction with IL7R, forms a functional complex capable of stimulating cell proliferation through the activation of STAT3 and STAT5. Additionally, the receptor activates JAK2, contributing to the development of the hematopoietic system. The TSLP Receptor Protein forms a heterodimer with CRLF2 and IL7R, indicating its involvement in intricate signaling pathways critical for cellular responses and hematopoietic development.

Verified Bioactivity

1.Loaded Verekitug (HY-P990774) on AHC2 biosensor, can bind TSLP R Protein, Human (HEK293, His) with an affinity constant of 1.847×10-10 M as determined in BLI assay.
2.Immobilized Human TSLP R-His at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human TSLP-Fc. The ED50 of Human TSLP RHis is 1.32-3.67 ng/ml.
