(S,R,S)-AHPC-Me-C6-NH2 is a VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand-linker conjugate structurally modified based on VHL ligand 2 (HY-112078). (S,R,S)-AHPC-Me-C6-NH2 can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs[1][2].

体外実験

(S,R,S)-AHPC-Me-C6-NH2 is used to couple with oseltamivir moieties via amide condensation to construct Oseltamivir (HY-13317)-PROTACs, which induce the degradation of viral neuraminidase (NA), inhibit influenza virus replication in MDCK cells, and show potent inhibitory activity against both wild-type and Oseltamivir-resistant influenza strains in vitro[2].
