DQ 2556 is a semi-synthetic cephalosporin antibiotic. DQ-2556 exhibits significant activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, particularly Gram-positive bacteria and Enterobacteriaceae infections. DQ 2556 exerts its bactericidal effect by interfering with cell division. DQ-2556 has a strong affinity for the penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) of Escherichia coli: PBP1A/1B (IC₅₀ = 0.57-0.73 μg/mL) and PBP3 (IC₅₀ = 0.088 μg/mL). DQ-2556 demonstrates significant in vivo protective effects. DQ-2556 can be used in the development of injectable cephalosporins .

Synonyms: 4-Methyldiphenhydramine (Standard)
Toladryl (Standard) is the analytical standard of Toladryl. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Toladryl is a derivative of Diphenhydramine (HY-B0303), capable of penetrating the blood-brain barrier and possessing oral activity, as well as antihistamine and anticholinergic activities. The anticholinergic activity of Toladryl is approximately one-tenth that of Diphenhydramine (HY-B0303), and its protective effect against lethal doses of histamine in guinea pigs is 2 to 4 times that of Diphenhydramine (HY-B0303). The side effects of Toladryl are fewer and milder than those of Diphenhydramine (HY-B0303), but at higher doses, it may cause central nervous system symptoms such as insomnia, agitation, and disorientation. Toladryl can be used for research in allergic diseases .

Propacetamol (Standard) is the analytical standard of Propacetamol (HY-145453). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Propacetamol is an orally active prodrug of Acetaminophen (HY-66005), which exerts antipyretic and analgesic effects after metabolism. Propacetamol reduces Aspirin (ASA) (HY-14654)-induced elevation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in gastric mucosa and plasma, regulates the levels of gastric mucosal glutathione (GSH and GSSG) to maintain cellular antioxidant defense, and increases gastric mucosal uric acid (UA) levels. Propacetamol exerts a dose-dependent protective effect against ASA-induced gastric mucosal damage in rats. Propacetamol can be used for the study of gastric mucosal injury by interfering with oxidative stress .

Endothelin Receptor

Avosentan (Ro 67-0565; SPP-301) is an orally active endothelin (ETA) receptor antagonist. Avosentan can block the ETA receptor, thereby reducing vascular contraction and exerting a renal protective effect. Avosentan inhibits vascular contraction caused by ET-1 and alleviates the reduction in retinal and optic nerve head blood flow induced by it, lowering intraocular pressure in the glaucoma monkey model. Avosentan non-specifically blocks ETB receptors at high doses, inhibiting ETB-mediated diuresis and natriuresis, and may cause fluid retention. Avosentan can be used to reduce proteinuria with diabetic nephropathy, but induces significant fluid overload and congestive heart failure .

GP515 is a potent and selective adenosine kinase inhibitor with a human IC50 of 4 nM. GP515 exerts tissue protective effects, produces long-lasting hepatic microcirculation effects after hemorrhagic shock, and induces dose- and time-related VEGF mRNA and protein expression in normoxic rat myocardial myoblasts, with additive VEGF increases during mild hypoxia and no effect during severe hypoxia. GP515 suppresses IFNγ synthesis and CD69 expression in DSS-induced colitis. GP515 also shows a dose-dependent suppression of TNF-α production with an IC50 of 80 μM and can be reversed in the presence of the cAMP antagonist (Rp)-cAMPS. Combinations of GP515 with either adenosine or rolipram led to an additive inhibition of TNF-α synthesis. GP515 can be used for the research of hemorrhagic shock .

Synonyms: Dephnoretin (Standard); Thymelol (Standard)
Daphnoretin (Dephnoretin; Thymelol) (Standard) is the analytical standard of Daphnoretin (HY-N0699). This product is used for research and analytical applications. Daphnoretin is a protein kinase C (PKC) activator that can inhibit the expression of hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigen (HBsAg) and has antiviral activity. Daphnoretin exerts its anti-tumor effect by inhibiting the activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, triggering the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway. Daphnoretin alleviates chondrocyte apoptosis and inflammatory responses by inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress and the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome. Daphnoretin can regulate the differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells, by down-regulating the phosphorylation level of JNK, inhibiting its immune stimulating function, thereby playing a protective role in skin transplant rejection reactions.
