Poloxipan is a pan-specific polo-like kinase (PLK) inhibitor that can inhibit a non-catalytic region at the C-terminus called the Polo-box domain (PBD) found in kinases. The IC50 values for Poloxipan against the PBDs of PLK-1/2/3 are 3.2 μM, 1.7 μM, and 3.0 μM, respectively.
