Tolazoline hydrochloride inhibits Noradrenaline (HY-13715)-induced cell contraction, modulates vascular resistance, increases arterial pressure, and reverses bradycardia and tachypnea. Tolazoline hydrochloride can be used to study erectile dysfunction, α2-adrenergic receptor agonist-related poisoning, and skin vascular disease research.
