5-HT3 antagonist-7 (intravenous administration) inhibits serotonin-induced Bezold-Jarisch reflex in anesthetized rats, with an intravenous ID₅₀ of 0.02 μg/kg^[1].
5-HT3 antagonist-7 (0.1-1 mg/kg) inhibits vomiting episodes induced by 2-methyl-5-HT in ferrets^[1].
