Anti-CD1a Antibody (OKT-6) (10 μg/mL) significantly inhibits IFN-γ production induced by bee venom or phospholipase A2 (PLA2) in K562-CD1a cells[1].
Anti-CD1a Antibody (OKT-6) (10 μg/mL) can block PLA2 or bee venom induced T cell activation[1].
Anti-CD1a Antibody (OKT-6) (10 μg/mL, 1 h) significantly inhibits the production of IFN-γ and IL-22 induced by house dust mite (HDM), PLA2G4A, or S. aureus in group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2)[2].
Anti-CD1a Antibody (OKT-6) (10 μg/mL) inhibits the production of IL-13 by T cells and T cell activation induced by S. aureus[2].
