Anti-CD24 Antibody (SWA11) (10 μg/mL; 15-90 min), cnjugated with Alexa-488, is rapidly internalised by SKOV3ip human ovarian carcinoma cells, with a 200% increase in intracellular fluorescence intensity observed after 90 min of incubation[1].
Anti-CD24 Antibody (SWA11) decreases the proliferation of human pancreatic, ovarian, and lung cancer cells in vitro[2].
Anti-CD24 Antibody (SWA11) pretreatment enhances the anti-tumor efficacy of gemcitabine, 5-fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, doxorubicin, paclitaxel, and irinotecan in general human tumor cells, and enhances the anti-tumor efficacy of cisplatin in human embryonal carcinoma cells in vitro[2].

Biological Activity
  • Flow cytometric analysis of 1×106 MCF-7 cells with Anti-CD24 Antibody (SWA11) (HY-P991196, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
