Anti-Mouse IL-4Rα Antibody (REGN1103) (25 mg/kg) plus macrophage-depleting anti-CD115 antibody (25 mg/kg; i.p.; twice weekly) treatment in SHO mice bearing orthotopic murine aRMS U48484 allografts results in no significant differences in survival, tumor volume, or pulmonary metastatic burden relative to anti-CD115 monotreatment[1].
