Antiparasitic agent-46 is a p-aminophenoxypropyl-based monoamine and a structural analog of Antiparasitic agent-45 (HY-184084). Antiparasitic agent-46 shows no activity against Schistosoma mansoni in mice and exhibits extremely strong acute oral toxicity. Antiparasitic agent-46 can be used in studies related to schistosome infection.
