Antiparasitic agent-45 (compound 3306) (administered orally for 4 consecutive days; Schistosoma mansoni-infected mouse model) exhibits only weak schistosomicidal activity against Schistosoma mansoni in mice^[1].
Antiparasitic agent-45 (0.4 g/kg; single dose) does not induce retinotoxic ocular effects in healthy adult cats^[1].
